Die Otto-Seeling-Promenade 18 ist ein Mietshaus aus Rohbackstein mit Sandsteingliederungen; Neurenaissance, 1889/90, von Stephan Rieder.[1]
Bauherr war der Stukkateur Anton Mayer, der das Anwesen bald an den Schmied Georg Leonhard Zeilinger verkaufte.[2]
